He makes recommendations to the differant pension offices to improve their services or the implementation of the pension law where necessary.
Each year, he reports extensively to the Chamber of Deputies, the Minister for Pensions and the Advisory Committee of the Pension Sector. The annual report
contains, among others, the outcome of his activities and recommendations.
He works towards reconciliation between citizens and pension offices.
